All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Products and prices may be changed at any time without notice.
We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, electronic fund transfer to our bank account or payment via the security of Paypal.
All gift vouchers are sent out free of charge via the email address provided.
We have endeavoured to display the colours of products as accurately as possible. However, colours change according to the monitor being used therefore we cannot guarantee that the colours you see will be completely accurate. Any description of our product including any images, dimensions and weights, are only approximate and is given for the sole purpose of identification.
To ensure fast shipping, we will immediately process your order via Australia Post in Australia once payment has been received and cleared. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.
For orders valued at more than $1,000 shipping is FREE.
Generally, deliveries are made Monday to Friday (Public holidays excepted).
If there is no one home to receive the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during normal opening hours. All consignments are sent with a tracking number which can be emailed to you on request.
Estimated delivery times will vary according to shipping location but should be within 3 working days for most locations within Australia. All of our Australian deliveries are handled by Australia Post. For more information regarding shipping, insurance, delivery times or other related matters, please contact our sales staff. For customers wishing to change any order, if they have already been processed, an administration fee will be charged.

All warranties and support of items are provided directly by the manufacturer and supplier of the product, ArtSHINE makes no representations as to the serviceability or warranty of any product or service.
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Goods may only be returned or exchanged where they are faulty or damaged and ArtSHINE must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of such items. You will receive a replacement item in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty provisions and if a replacement item is no longer available a similar item, equal to or better will be offered as an alternative. There are no cash refunds.
Faulty or damaged items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Please keep all packaging and manuals supplied with the product in good, original condition. All items, faulty, damaged or non-damaged, must be returned with its proof of purchase, original packaging and manuals, in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and to charge a $50 handling and administration fee if the condition of the product was found to be misrepresented by the customer.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us for further instructions. Please note returned items must be well packed for the return journey or may be considered to have been damaged on the return and therefore, not replaced.
How to make a refund claim
To make a refund claim for damaged goods, you must first notify our team indicating which product(s) are damaged or incorrectly supplied, along with your contact details and purchase order number. Our staff will then contact you with further instructions on how to complete your refund claim.
Exchange of Non Damaged Goods
We will exchange goods that are unused items at our own discretion where the order was supplied correctly and in good order only if the packaging is in its original condition and the goods are returned within 5 working days of delivery. The item you return must be in new condition, unused, unmarked and saleable condition. However, all shipping charges for and associated with the return of the item must be paid for by the customer. You agree that you shall make no claim against us for any delay in delivery or any damaged product delivered to you as a direct or indirect result of events beyond our control.
ArtSHINE will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to read and follow all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier.
ArtSHINE is committed to the privacy of customer information. We will not disclose your personal details or your sales history to an unrelated company without first requesting your consent unless such disclosure is required by law. We believe that your information should be kept private.
ArtSHINE has created a secure transaction environment for the transmission of credit card details. When purchasing online, we use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all credit card transactions. Any credit card details you provide are automatically passed through to our bank for online validation. Our online payment gateway does not store your banking and credit card details. We, therefore, have no ability to view your banking details.
As a customer of ArtSHINE, you agree to be updated with special offers and new products via our Newsletter. Your email address will be automatically added to our mailing list. You will have the option to opt-out by choosing to “Unsubscribe” at any time.
